The ADP100 Series by Carotron provides a reliable non-regen drive solution. This series features non-regenerative DC drives that can control shunt wound and permanent magnet DC motors with a horsepower range of 1/4 to 5 HP. These are designed for the Panel Builder and OEM to meet their specific requirements for various systems.
There are two main units that cover the full range of horsepower. There are also models for Contactor Reversing and Run-Brake operation. These have six model sizes that cover a range of 1/4 to 5 horsepower. Each drive is supplied chassis-only complete with an ADP102 or ADP105 control installed on the option chassis. No matter what the horsepower range, the Run-Brake models are physically interchangeable with the Contactor Reversing models.
